Introducing CMMC Navigator: A Streamlined CMMC Compliance Tool

We're excited to announce a new value-add compliance tool for our customers: CMMC Navigator! Our customers will gain access to this self-hosted CMMC compliance tracker at no additional cost to ensure maximum control over their data while logging progress towards certification.
The CMMC Navigator Compliance Tool
Developed in-house, CMMC Navigator was designed by CMMC compliance experts to meet the practical needs of OSCs, assessors, and consultants alike!
Why offer it at no cost? It makes everyone's life easier! Using CMMC Navigator as a compliance tool will help our customers identify their compliance strengths and weaknesses. Assessors will be pleased to have all the information they need in one centralized location.
We'd be lying if we said it wasn't also self-serving—there are lots of great GRC platforms out there, but CMMC Navigator has the core features we needed without extra frills (and associated price tags). Plus, CMMC Navigator allows organizations to self-host the entire tool with as a virtual machine on a desktop PC, deployed in a private cloud, or installed on bare metal with an easy, automated setup process!
Dashboard
The CMMC Navigator dashboard provides a high-level overview of how your organization stacks up against the CMMC requirements in terms of the number of implemented practices and it even auto-calculates your SPRS assessment score! From the dashboard, users can jump straight into combing through practices, reviewing uploaded evidence, and generating a foundational SSP! It also includes quick access links to some of the most crucial resources organizations need on the road to certification.
Practice Details
On the Practice Details page, users will see key information related to CMMC practices, including the practice description and assessment objective. From here, upload evidence and it will be automatically mapped to the current practice!
Assign a status to the practice and add a description of the implementation. Users will also see a full list of evidence artifacts mapped to the practice (and any other practices the artifacts are mapped to).
Update Evidence Mappings
Once an artifact has been mapped to a practice, users can add additional mappings and see information relevant to that piece of evidence, such as the file's SHA256 checksum.
And, of course, we couldn't resist the urge to add happy little cat graphics on successful updates! There's a distraught cat, too, but hopefully you won't see him often!
Evidence List
Users can also view a complete list of uploaded evidence where they'll be able to update practice mappings, view the artifacts' contents, delete unneeded files, and export a full list of artifacts (with SHA256 checksums, to please your assessors) or download a ZIP file containing all uploaded evidence!
SSP Generator
Users can generate an interactive system security plan where they can view all their implementation details in one place, as well as a list of mapped evidence for each practice. The SSP can then be printed, saved as a PDF, or exported as a CSV, depending on your preferred format!
Admin Console
We kept the admins in mind too! From an integrated Admin Console, administrators can add or remove users and reset passwords. And did we mention CMMC Navigator provides multi-tenant support? OSCs can use this functionality for different host units operating independently—or to create a separate workspace for annual self-assessments!
